HOW DOES IT WORK?

With DVM"s basic call answering service, your calls are automatically forwarded by your local telephone company to your DVM mailbox when you are on the phone or unavailable. Or you can use your DVM voice mail telephone number as the number you advertise.

HOW DO I KNOW I HAVE MESSAGES?

There are several methods to determine if you have new messages.

If you have a pager, your DVM mailbox can call your pager and notify you that you have new messages waiting and how many new ones you have outstanding
You may elect to have your DVM mailbox call your home, work, or cellular telephone and tell you that you have new messages waiting
You may elect to call your mailbox when you want to call it, and not have the system notify you of any messages.

About half of my customers choose not to use notification and about half choose to use notification.
